Who We Are
Paul Passaro
Partner
Paul began his career on Wall Street at the bond firm of Roosevelt & Cross, Inc., and has subsequently served as the Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of several enterprises with as many as 1,400 employees. His management responsibilities have included leading finance, operations, strategic planning, human resources, and business development. Paul is a cum laude graduate of Williams College with an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Our Heritage
William A. Brown
William Brown was an entrepreneur who founded Brown Chemical Company (NJ) in 1936 and served as its first CEO until his death in 1955. He was the maternal grandfather of Paul Passaro.
Louis E. Locy
Louis Locy was an entrepreneur whose business interests included wholesale produce supply for leading NY restaurants; banking; real estate; and, the Farmers Market of Paterson, NJ, which he co-founded. He was a Director of the Franklin Trust Company (NJ), now a part of PNC Bank, and was a paternal great grandfather of Paul Passaro.
